Let’s get ready to rumble!

Today is fight day! Not a fist fight. Fight Gone Bad – the workout!

CrossFit Moncton has a handful of members that raised approximately $2011 CAN! All of that money will be going towards research for prostate cancer. Thank you to everyone that donated!

Good luck to all the athletes participating in the event! Remember, the 17 minutes of pain during the workout doesn’t compare to the suffering of the cancer victims.

The workout is -> Three rounds of:

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    Modified WU x 3.
    OHS, Good Mornings, Pushups, Dips, Situps, Samson.

    Double Under Practice & Regular Skipping (3 sets of 1 min each).

    WOD: (3 sets for time)

    10# Kettlebells –
    75 / 50 / 25 = 150

    Broomstick Back Squats –
    50 / 30 / 20 = 100

    Pushups –
    25 / 17 / 10 = 52

    Time = 12:37
