    Did Daniel this evening with Pierre and MC. I was expecting worse.

    Felt like crap all day. I had to do a WOD today, after all the crap I ate yesterday! I feel a lot better now…

    I kill my grip on the first set of pullups…too much chalk is not good! I will have to sand down my calluses tonight!

    The worst part was lugging the bar and plates back inside and up to the second floor. I hate that part! But, I probably won’t be able to do too many more wods outside so I’ll stop complaining.

    2 strong yoga classes this morning too. I love Sundays!

    Did Daniel with the boys! I though I was going to be able to skip the pullups since my hands are still pretty bad…but Kevin miraculous taping changed my plan.

    Time: 27:49 min It was a lot better than I first though! And the taping works well even after 100 pullups!! I’m glad I did it!!
