Team WOD!

In teams of two (drawn randomly), do any of the exercises to accumulate 1000 pts or as many points as possible in 30 minutes.

Handstand pushups=3 pts
Clean and jerk=3 pts
Pullups=2 pts
Thruster=2 pts
Double unders=2 pts
Sit ups=1 pt
Squats=1 pt
Pushups=1 pt
Row= 1 pt per calorie

    Amazing job Lisa!!!
    I can’t believe the strength you had to do sets of three different exercises each time it was your turn!… especially late into our 30 minutes!
    You were a sit-up machine!

    We finished 30 minutes with 845 points.

    Great job everyone!

    … on a personal note…. I’m up to 4 double-unders.

    Ok, apparently I find it difficult to count when exercising. Elissa and I ended up going way over the 1000 points.

    We did:
    300 double unders = 600 pts
    145 situps = 145 pts
    180 squats = 180 pts
    50 pushups = 50 pts
    70 thrusters (45#) = 140 pts
    30 pullups = 60 pts

    For a total of 1175 points in 19:45.

    Elissa was a great partner!

    WOD: Hilary & I did:
    145 HSPU = 435 pts
    50 Clean & Jerks = 150 pts
    50 Pull Ups = 100 pts
    50 Double Unders = 100 pts
    160 Sit Ups = 160 pts
    55 Squats = 55 pts

    Hilary really worked her butt off doing tons of C & J, Pull Ups, HSPUs & Sit Ups. She rocks!!! Thanks for being such a great partner girlfriend!! 🙂

    Everyone worked so hard yet again. Fantastic!!

    Jeff and I did 845 points in 30 mins
    a lot of 1 pointers and we still killed it.

    I suppose only 1 can work at a time aswell.

    Things are going alright, CrossFit is getting bigger here by the minute.
    We had a national Competition a few weeks ago, and we have a Scandinavian CrossFit Challenge end of october.

    I occasionaly look at your website for some inspiration 😉

    Just finished this WoD with Anna.
    Quite interesting…. as we didn’t did any precalculation on what we needed to do to reach 1000…. bad move 😉
    in the middle changed it to just AMRAP 30min.

    Note… Anna did most of the Situps, she’s getting quite fast 🙂
