Thanks to Heather (mom) for hosting the CrossFit Moncton Pool-Party! The weather didn’t dampen our spirits at all. Thanks to everyone who came out! Jane wins the award for best costume! Please tell me someone has a picture of that?!

Reminder – CrossFit Moncton will be going to Bathurst for their official Grand-Opening on Saturday, Sept.5. Let us know if you’ll be coming so we can figure out rides.

    Went to the gym later this morning for a private session, but she didn’t show up. All was not lost.

    I picked up a rope to try some double unders…and got 60! The only reason I didn’t get more was because my pants were down around my knees.

    I also did some weighted pullups.
    20,25,30,35,40,45,50 -> overhand grip
    55,60,65,70 -> underhand grip

    It sucked pretty bad but thanks to Dave that passes me on the 4th round. That helped me to push harder on the 5th!
