We made it!

We arrived in Waterville, Maine at 11pm. It was a long, dark drive, but made it safely. We met up with the Halifax crew and followed them down. Looking forward to an awesome day of CrossFit from some of the best trainers on the East Coast!

Here’s a workout you can do at home while we’re away.

As many burpees as possible in 10 minutes.

    Glad you made it safely. Hope you have a great day at Cert. Anybody who can do burpees after the throbbing box yesterday will be my hero. My whole body is physically unable to do much today.

      Heather – No burpees for my knees today! As I was icing my “throbbing knees” due to the lunges I did on the pavement with a box on my head, I may or may not have wished a pestilence on your son’s house.
