Death by pullups

Reminder โ€“ Gym is closed Friday evening and Saturday morning as weโ€™ll be in Maine for a CrossFit Cert. The workout on Friday morning is still a go. Even if itโ€™s full, come anyway!

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

  1. THANKS! Before I started CrossFit 6 weeks ago, I couldn’t do more than 1 pull up and even that one pull-up was barely above the bar ๐Ÿ™‚ This is awesome!! I’m pretty proud!

    Kevin – I called Tony on his cell around 7 p.m. and he said the day was running later than expected and he was still hoping to make it….

    But really MY guess is that he chickened out! lol

    Rob you were right, this is a kick butt workout…not to mention that I out pulluped you! haha. I know it’s not a real word but there aren’t any teachers here to correct me :P!
