Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    …i am a jerk I did not set my alarm last night and just woke up. I owe you 10 burpees tomorrow Kevin.
    I have lots of running around to do today, but I might try to schedule a class tonight because I want to try this one again. This was my first workout I ever did with Kevin.

    Wow Dave are you okay? Seriously Pierre only beat you by 3 seconds… granted last night was probably more difficult as it had to be at least 15 degrees warmer than the 6AM class… but I wouldn’t let it get you down. It seems as though you’re really acting out. Skipping the alarm clock this AM, using Gill’s account to post and then using some fancy pseudonym of “daivd”… all of this behaviour is quite destructive…I just hope your not at home right now applying lipstick and cutting your own hair. It was only 3 seconds; you’ll get him next time. Come on champ… “eye of the tiger”!! We’re here for ya!! 😉

    I was supposed to train at 5h30…but I had no energy. Since Kev wanted me to teach the 7h30 class, I kicked my butt and decided to do it with Lance!!

    STRENGTH–> Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1

    WOD–> Tabata Something Else
    Pullups: 11-8-6-8-6-6-6-7 = 58
    Pushups: 14-14-10-9-8-7-7-8 = 77
    Situps: 17-17-15-15-14-15-15-16 = 124
    Squats: 19-15-16-15-15-16-16-17 = 129

    Total: 388

    I don’t know if I did good or not compare to my old PR yet…
