    *Today at the gym was a perfect example of why I love Crossfit. There we all were at 6am, busting our guts, pushing to our extremes, and cheering each other on. I love starting my days off like that. 🙂

    I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much at 6am in the morning. Definitely makes getting up WAY better.

    Very inspiring stuff today! All of you smoked the workout.

    Thanks to Rob for sticking around after while I chipped away at JT. I don’t remember my time, but it was over 21 minutes. Went with 2 yellow bands for the first round and it killed me for the rest. Ended with green and yellow.

    I also stuck around and tried to get Kevin to say “can’t” – No success, but he too can celebrate completing a morning WOD… great work Kevin!!
