With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

An epic battle!

    Elissa – You’re the only one registered for 6:30, so you may as well come at 5:30. It’s a shorter workout anyway,

    First time Clean as rx’d. Pretty happy!! The push jerk was the worst!!

    Kevin L-#135 is definitely not your max clean!! Good job!!

    Not too bad considering I did 9 rounds even with 65# in Jan 09.

    Time: 4:29 PR – by 40 Seconds! πŸ™‚

    Last time I did this WOD was May 4/09 and it took 5:09 and I used the 35 KB. So shaved 40 seconds and used the larger KB. The WOD still kicked my butt… but the intensity this time around was certainly ramped up a notch. Thanks for the push Kevin!

    Kevin, if you made it to 8 rounds plus 6, and I kept going while you were chearing me on, I must’ve made it to 9 rounds plus 8. Not 8 rounds plus 8. I know I suck at counting but I’m pretty sure about this one lol

    Next time I’ll do this one it’ll be as prescribed AND counting out loud πŸ™‚
