    I just did a 5km run!!!! woot!

    It took me 25minutes and 25 secondes. Im pretty sure my watch works good.. hehe

    Im feeling very proud that I did this. Running for me is a challenge. The rain felt great too. 🙂

    Just remember folks, we have to train all time domains, not just 15-20 minutes. I know I felt like a sack of poo-burgers after this wod.
