    I took a peak at the picture video of the Hopper Event, and I am very sad that I missed out on this event. It looked like a great day.

      Ouch… That hurts just reading it Gillyon. Let that be a reminder to all of us set to face this killer WOD tonight. “C-Bombs” = Burpees, so substitute with an “F-Bomb”, they’re free!!

    Kevin – GREAT event. The turnout was fantastic!! Thank you! The wraps were delicious. I’m so looking forward to next year already. GREAT work by everyone on Saturday!! I truly had a blast πŸ™‚ My legs and upper body are still recovering. Such a good soreness.

    Thank you for hosting such a fantastic event on Saturday! It was great to see CrossFitters from all over the Maritimes get together for some spirited competition. The event was run very smoothly, the food was great (though I definitely would have eaten cake if it was there! πŸ˜‰ and the camaraderie and cheering was what made the event. I’m already looking forward to next year’s Hopper! Thanks also for all of the great tips on muscle-ups – maybe Trish and I will get one by the time we see you in August!

    Im signed up for the 6:30 class and i just found out that i may not be able to make it to it and it won’t let me cancel it but right now theres only me and 1 other person signed up for the class so i dont think i’ll be stoping anyone from going. hopfully i’ll be at the WOD tonight.

    Compare to my last time, it is not good, but I am still happy since, that version of the filthy fifties was a lot harder than the last time I did it….. 24” box jump, ring pullups, real 10′ target for the wall ball.

    Good job everyone one tonight…that WOD is a monster.
