  1. Nice one. I’m out for a week cause I’m on vacation. Wish I could do this one. I’m fairly good at running, but I need to work on my pull ups.

    Nice work by everyone tonight!

    I decided to play with the 7:30 crew.

    6 rounds: 28,21,15,15,14,11 = 104

    I used the new grip and kip I learned at the gymnastics cert. Still getting used to it.
