  1. Today I walk like the robot in Wizard of Oz. How am I suppose to do sumo deadlifts and burpees tonight??

    My result from last night:

    Deadlifts: 5×95 5×125 5×135

    Toned down to 75# by the boss (glad he did)
    Made it to 14 front squats + 9 on the 15th minute

    I was the first one out, but my legs are extremely numb this morning so I must’ve done something right 🙂

    Ah I remember fondly those days of school’s out and summer holidays. But I also remember the bureaucracy of the rest of the year so I will stick with my new profession. Enjoy a more relaxed schedule Kevin.

    My quads are hurting today…but a good kind of hurt. I am not sure what will be worse: burpees or playing soccer. Hopefully, I will see you all tonight.

    For me it’s the hips…mountain climbers’ fault! And yesterday front squats did just worst!! 6 months of crossfit and still find a way to get sore!! I guess that’s why it’s working!! 🙂
