Gym closed today!

We are gone to CrossFit PEI for the Gymnastics Certification and will re-open on Monday for regular hours.

Here’s a workout you can do at home.

AMRAP in 10min of:
5 pushups
10 situps
15 squats

    I decided to try the workout.

    AMRAP in 10 min of:
    -5 push up
    – 10 situp (butterfly)
    – 15 squats

    Score: 12 rounds
    A couple rounds I did more than 10 situps because I was distract. Surprisingly, my legs was burning and not my shoulders…
