    My 6:00 a.m. w/o for today:
    300 Skips
    75 Jumping Jacks
    50 Walking Lunges
    25 Sit-ups
    300 Skips
    25 Sit-ups

    Time:17:47
    My skipping rope kept twisting – really annoying and it slowed me down. Time to invest in a better skipping rope.

    It felt good today. Better workout than I though…I was scare of the 50 pull up, but I pace myself and it went well!! Thanks again Gilliyon for keeping me going…and great job on those Cleans!! 🙂
