Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115-pound Hang clean, 15 reps
12 Ring dips
21 Sit-ups

    WOD: AMRAP in 20 min of:
    -15 hang squat clean #65
    -12 ring dip (half of a ring dip)
    -21 sit up (butterfly)

    Score: 4 rounds + 2 hang squat clean

    Hard one…but fun!

    just tried to cancel my friday spot but it wouldnt give me the option to cancel like it will for other days is this just because its less then 24hours away?

    Lance – I took you off Friday’s list. And yes, it’s less than 24 hours. Are you going to cancel Saturday’s as well?

    I did the WOD with Brenda in the 7:30 class. She was ahead of me for the beginning of it. I had a hard time keeping up.

    Finished with 5 rounds + 4 HSCs

    Sean – have you seen this guy?? scott huckabay – he played in town recently – and MAN was it ever cool! he starts riffs then samples himself on the spot and slowly builds up a whole song that you’d swear had 10 guys playing in the room.

    5 rounds of 15 (45#) power cleans and 21 ring rows
    time: 15:something

    even though it was light it felt really good to get back to doing a weighted workout, the back and hip are good after this one! yay!

    oh yeah and sean – you know my superman crash at rotary last week – i cracked my 2 month old carbon fiber bar that night! no wonder my shoulder was sore for a few days after that.
