30 Muscle-ups for time

For those that are unable to do muscle-ups, we will spend time working on progressions to develop them. I may throw in a little treat at the end for anyone that wants it.

    Practice progression muscle up!! Fun fun!!

    WOD: 10 rounds of:
    -12 pull up
    -12 dips

    Time: 16:17 min

    When we are doing only pull up for time, I do 130 pull up in 25 min, and today I did 120 pull up + 120 dips in 16 min…Is that make sense??

    Time : 12:02 PR (my last time was 21:XX)

    So that’s a pretty good PR for me tonight!

    REST DAY for me tomorrow! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Wow! Very impressed with the display of skills and effort tonight. I think a lot of people surprised themselves.

    I did the 30 MU’s for time – 5:26 (beat my old time of 6:57!)
