    How I wish!!!! Thanks Lisa and thanks Kevin for my feature spot. The newsletter is amazing and I would think that even if I wasn’t in it. I love Crossfit and all the support we give one another. That’s the biggest difference from other gyms.

    -20 HSPU (red and green band)

    -20 Thrusters #65
    -20 Pull up + 20 situp

    Time: 24 something
    Pull up are getting easier!! πŸ™‚ The thrusters was awful…right Rob?
    I should probably upgrade band for HSPU next time….

    Tomorrow my brother is in town and saturday I have to go get my diploma! So I’ll see you all Monday!!

    Krista – For the bike ride with the girls…any time (except this weekend)! I’ll arranged my schedule around it!! But…are we going to do 40 km or something like that? I didn’t do long distance for years…I don’t know what is my capacity. Anyway..I’ll try my best to follow you girls!! πŸ™‚

      Hey MC,
      Cool! i rode with tina again tonight, she said she was working on you. she’s really strong, and loves her new bike. the rides are different distance each time, so we can ‘break you in’ on a shorter one if you like hehe – but i don’t think you’d have any trouble with it with all the CFing you do. YAY!! more girls! we’ll do a ride sometime mid next week again i think. saturday is rest day for the race sunday.

    75 SDHP @ 45 pounds
    20 HSPU (red & green bands)

    Then 2 rounds of…
    20 Thrusters @ 115 pounds
    20 “L” Pull-ups (substituted 2nd set with regular pull-ups and 20 sit-ups)

    Time: 37:18

    Brutal workout, great push everyone!!
