Four rounds for time of:
30 Walking lunges, carrying 60#
Box Jump, 30 reps
30 pound Weighted pull-ups, 20 reps

    I won’t be going tonight! Tomorrow’s my last day at work and I have a lot on my plate until then.

    Tomorrow I will be going unless I tell you other wise… 🙂

    Strength: 3-3-3-3-3
    95-105-125-145-didn’t have time to do my PR

    WOD: 4 rounds or AMRAP in 25 min:
    -30 walking lunges (#40 DB)
    – 30 box jumps
    – 20 pull up (normal kipping without weight)

    Score: 3 rounds+ 30 Lunges+ 30 box jumps+ 10 pull up

    1st round was the worst! I wasn’t warmed up enough and I was feeling yesterday wod. The pullup felt pretty good (except when Kevin was taking pictures of me 5 inches from my face)…I think I get them now!!
    That was another killing wod…and you could tell that everyone was tired and sored because of yesterday wod!!

    I wined and complained, this i know ,it was hard after last nights wod. Thankyou Kevin for your pushing. I think.
