MC coaching Heather through a workout. CrossFit is the only program where you have people cheering more loudly for the person that’s finishing last. What a great atmosphere!

    Finally! First time as Rx’d! Those handstand pushups were the bane of my existence, and I finally conquered them. The workout still took me a fair amount of time, but I’m glad I did it.
