5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating

  1. I like the one legged squats. I would almost prefer to do Mary, but I’ll be doing Cindy. It’ll give me an opportunity to work on my pull-ups and regular squats.

  2. What’s that suppose to mean Kevin? I sure hope you’re not dawgin’ on yoga cause that’s not cool man. There’s nothing wrong with getting your flow on.

    And fyi, yoga is on Friday afternoons not Thursday nights.

    Didn’t feel good today, so I did some skills practices!
    Handstand, L-Sit with ring, cheering Heather, 2 Muscle up practice, cheering Heather, 1 Muscle up practice, cheering Heather and Elissa, 2 muscle up practice and L-sit, cheering Heather, 5 pull up on ring.
    PR on cheering!!

    That sucked after my push jerk.

    I only manage to do 3 rds +1 HSPU.
