    I can’t believe they want to put vitamins in junk food!! They will make believe people that fries is healthy!! I could just see the marketing around that!! Everything to make money huh? They’ve been some study made on ”add calcium” in orange juice. Apparently, the calcium stick on the side of the container and the calcium don’t really get to the consumer or just a really small quantity.

    Krista-Thanks!! But it is rest day today! And with all yesterday L-sit practice with the ring, I would had a hard time to beat my time!! My abs are toast!!

    I am going to do this one at home after work tonight. My abs need this workout and my upper legs are toasted from last night. Thanks MC for getting me through that workout.

      Andy – You can’t go and just watch. If it would be a Lvl 2 cert, you could be a test subject….but it is not the case with a Lvl 1 cert.
