Burpees
Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood for men and women)

    So here is the summary of my first day:

    Event #1: Max Deadlift
    280-290(PR)-300(failed)

    My max deadlift was 280, so I am pretty happy with my lift. For the 300, I got stuck below me knee and wasn’t able to lift it more. But I will be able to get it in the next few weeks for sure.

    Event #2:

    I didn’t finish that WOD…ended up finishins 4 rounds + 2 clean & Jerk. I would have needed 2 more minutes to finish it. Really hard WOD. Not a lot of guys finished it…I think only a dozen did.

    Event #3:

    That was a killer on the quads and the throat!!!! I finish in 4:02. Pretty happy with my time. πŸ™‚

    Overall, I feel good this evening….not very tired. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s event, it is going to be awesome!

    The judging part was a lot harder than I though! Some of them was arguing! I am exhaust! It was really impressive to see strong mens and women with perfect technique like that! I have to say…Jodi from Crossfit Fredericton was really impressive (Wow muscles up!) and on the top of it, she have a great attitude (I judge her 2 times)
    And the boys!!! Oh boy, I am so proud of them!! And tomorrow they are going to do well…I could feel it!! Hopefully I won’t judge at the same time they compete like today! Good job guys!! And thanks for the people who came to encourage them!! πŸ™‚

    Awesome work guys! Pierre, I’m not sure what your time was on the run, but you were looking strong when you got to my spot. I did hear your time Kevin, that’s wicked.
    Congratulation for both of you.Crossfit Moncton was well represent, good sportsmanship and very impressive performance.

      Good job Scott!!!! I really enjoyed the end of the race…. you made me push REALLY hard. It was great to finally meet you! Hope I will be able to do some others WODs with you again.

      Also, thanks everybody that cheered me on the WODs… it was really appreciated to hear you guys yelling at me to push harder.

      And finally thank you Kevin…. without you as a trainer, I wouldn’t had been able to do everything little movements I did this weekend. You are doing a great job!!! Also, congrats on your times for this weekend, you did awesome.

    At this very moment, I start feeling the pain of the exercise I did this weekend!!!
