    I had my first “Zone” breakfast this morning.

    I had 2 eggs (cooked w’ olive oil)(2protein)(1fat)

    1/2 pita (1 carb)

    1oz ham (1 protein)

    avocado (2 fat)

    plum (1 carb)

    Juice (1 carb)

    ““ i know it’s not great to drink juice, but I’m doing a detox [dr. natura – colonix ] and the fiber is not to great in water….

    For snack I had a Kashi bar, whick is 1 fat, 1 protein, and 2 carbs….. !

    It’s a start.

    CFE WOD: intervals on road bike – deliberately into direct west head wind for extra effort

    warm up 8km,
    8 x 1km all out efforts with 2 minute recoveries
    ride back to CFM with tail wind!

    45km, 1 hour 44

    spring is here – i got chased by 2 big dogs along my way today too – a shepard and a boxer! makes for good sprinting efforts! 🙂
