oh and i wanted to do this one – not today after yesterday’s burpees – rest day for sure for me today! those burpees caused me a 2 hour nap in the afternoon mmm zzzz!

what would be a good sub for these? I know HSPU but I am ‘physically unable’ to do those. How about regular burpees combined with…???

Back Squat (10)-3-3-3-3-3 reps
L’ÉnerGym doesn’t have clamps for the oly bars so I kept it light & focused on depth. Kept recovery to max 2mins between sets.
3min Handstand – Everytime I came down I did 25 squats. No recovery allowed. 100 squats total.
5 Rounds of:
10 OHS, 20kg
It felt good to move. Everything feels harder than it should so I was cautious to take it easy for fear of giving myself a heart attack.
It’s funny the weight in France is measure by kg (its the international way to measure). We are assimilate by the American!!

And I felt bad for wimping out and only doing 100 regular burpees on Sunday…so I did the inverted ones today.
