    Kevin – where did you see the box jump 1 km on the affiliate blog? i tried to find it today but no luck. i wanted to see the breakdown for heights – i figure that a 20″ box (.5m) would be 2000 reps (1000m / .5m), but you had said a much lower number.

    MC – i might have time to pop in to the expo for a bit saturday.

    got a WOD in while on the road today.

    21 KBS (sub 45lb dumbell-the biggest they had at hotel)
    12 p/u (sub 15 decline push ups-legs raised)
    With that time I have a funny feeling the 400m was a little short 🙂

    then did MAX sit ups – 30
    1 minute rest
    then max sit ups again – 10
