    Yeah, we have been hidding that from you guys….breakin’ is more fun than Crossfit! I even think about quitting Crossfit for that.

    Joel is a bit too serious when he is breaking…

    Kevin, don’t let Pierre run if he’s sick. I do not want to catch what he has. Remember, we have to spend 14 hundred hours in a confined space together.

    I totally called that 5k last night. Dunno if ill be able to do it…on the road. But I’ll do my 8 burpees by the highway sometimes today

    Don’t forget, before the 5k you have to do 60 birthday burpees for me. I also am sick but won’t miss watching the burpees.

    Sean – Are you guys mad? That 5k was slllooow.

    Julie, I am confident that you will beat that time. It’s about 2mins slower than my PR. Today was the third time I ever ran that far in my entire life. Good for me πŸ˜‰

    3k is much more manageable, but I imagined Kevin getting annoyed with me if I only did 3, so I sucked it up and ran the distance.

    Sorry I missed the wod Kevin! I just get back from Darmouth and I didn’t though that we’ve been going back that late!!! They was an accident in Halifax, and we’ve been stuck over there for an hour and a half!!
    I did my 8 burpees!
    Like I told Pierre, if its only Pierre and I sign up for tomorrow training, you dont have to do the class! I’ll do 5K row instead tomorrow so you’ll be able to leave earlier!!

    Not a bad time if you look at the front wind I have for more than half of the 5k and a cold!

    STRENGTH–> Push press 3-3-3-3-3
    115-125-135-145-16(PR but only did 1 rep)
