    It’s about 30 lunges. I measured 100ft at school this morning and it took me 28.

    And it’s not a long workout. I did this at school (Feb.26) with strict pullups and I was under 9min.

    what’s wrong with that pic??? weights were the same on both sides :o)

    15 min warm up
    2 rounds 30sec on:20 sec recovery
    with 3 min between sets

    total time- 35:00

    6 burpees

    i was 13:56… my pullups are slllooow. But glad I can start working on them again.
    it took me about 28 lunges too. so I rounded up to 30 each set.
    another 6 burpees in the tank!

    hey Kevin…
    I want too, just trying to make things fit in my schedule…not always easy with a 2 year old at home…
    I’ve been doing pseudo-crossfit on my own for a while now.. I love the idea behind it.. and the fact that you get a great workout in such a short amount of time…it’s great…

    And Sean, the only way to counter such an eloquent remark is to go over and simply kick your ass! 🙂

    Yeah Pablo, come over and do it!! Should be easier after all the cookies sean ate yesterday at the Fox seminar, although I have to admit I did eat one jujube.. Yum!

    I tried some kipping pull-ups 3 sets of 3. I could feel the strain on my arm, so I stopped before I made things worse, again.

    A little disappointed because my goal was to do it under 15 min. And my situps was slow, I worked my abs a lot the past 3 days!
    But it was still a fun WOD!
