    Sean, it’s not the legs you need to worry about. I’m still really sore from the max rep pull-ups and we did this one on Monday!

    I’m with you Tracy – sean’s a biker anyway he should be used to killer leg stuff

    Sean – the burpee challenge started on the 1st, so if you didn’t do yesterday or the day before you need to do 6 today to buy in.
