    God! I so would have kicked ass in that Globo-Suck WOD. However, I am surprised that there weren’t prescribed rest periods between rounds. At least 2-3 minutes between sets.

    ok.. so did the broomstick mile this morning. I’ll have to go measure the exact distance of the run. (i’m hoping it’s not shorter than 400m, cause then my time sucks)

    I think we have met at a few local races but I have never raced with you!? And scared?haha~ you are in wicked shape from reading your posts!! You have to race road as we need more girls!!.
    Hasn’t CrossFit been the best for the legs and power?

    Strength: HSPU (green and yellow band) 6,5,5,5,5

    Practice: OHS 15# 2×5

    WOD: 5x 30 sit ups (butterfly), 25 good mornings (dowel)
    time 8:23 (:16 PR from jan 26)

    holy smokin’ fast time MC, excellent work Elissa and Andy!!

    Warm up x3: HSPU (green band at the top, yellow band on shoulder), Pull up, Lunges, K2E
    Practice 30 sec Handstand with wall assistance

    Strength: OHS 1-45 1-55 1-65 1-75 1-85 (F), I drop it
    I just realize that I push press 85 with an wide grip (To do the OHS) and my push press PR was 75!!

    WOD: 5 rounds of:
    30 (butterfly) situps
    25 good morning (with a broomstick)

    Time: 5:30 min PR by 1 min!! YAY!!!

    Good job everyone!!

    Rest day tomorrow!! πŸ™‚

    Strength – Back Squat
    45-75-95-115-125-145(bad form)-135(knees went in) When my weight is lower my knees are okay…more weight knees go every which way…more practice.

    WOD – 5 Rounds of
    30 Sit-ups (butterfly)
    25 Good Mornings 35#
