Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

    So…I woke up way before my alarm clock this morning and felt like running. I got up, got dressed and as I got ready to head out, I realised I forgot my running shoes at the hotel yesterday :o<
    But I reeeeeaally wanted to run, so I went anyway, with my dress shoes (thank gawd I don’t wear 2inch heels)

    4 x 300 to 400m run

    I didn’t think my times would be anywhere close to my last time (wind and cold were a factor today). Here are last year’s times.

    the only exercise I managed to fit in today was my salsa class tonight 🙁 but at least I got that!

    Janine… running in two inch heels – that IS hard core!
