  1. Get out and run? Easy for you to say Kevin, you’re in sunny California. There’s nothing but ice and huge puddles on our streets this morning. I’ll hit up a yoga class later.

    Look now Jeanette, CrossFit is constantly varied. That includes running conditions. And it’s +4 there anyway. That’s practically suntanning weather. You have fun with your yoga-shmoga class. 🙂

    run 5 km …i suffered running the 4 or 5 400m runs we did a couple weeks ago ….i’m going to the market to stuff my face with goodies …see ya all monday ;o)

    Warm-up – 2roundsx10
    Dips – situps – K2E – squats – SDHP
    Strength: 3-3-3-3 Shoulder Press
    55-65-75×2-75×1 – upper body wiped out.

    I went for distance not speed.
    I ran at 6.3mph for 40 minutes
    4.19miles or 6.7km
    It felt so good to run
