Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    EXCELLENT! i saw barbara on the main site today before kevin posted and crossed my fingers. i’ve only seen her once before, march 25 last year and i have been wanting a rematch.

    warm up: 3 x 10
    jumping ring dip negatives, 14# med ball cleans, 10# OHS, supermans

    practice: double unders
    (i didn’t do strength today)

    WOD: Barbara (first time as rx!)
    round 1- 5:29
    round 2- 5:20
    round 3- 5:33
    round 4- 6:02
    round 5- 5:43

    total time with breaks 40:11 (PR! even from modified version)

    last time i did this was 42:13 with jumping pull ups, only 2 round of push ups on toes, and anchored sit ups (today, unanchored)

    excellent job at kipping MC!

    WOD: Barbara
    Round 1: 3:43
    Round 2: 3:42
    Round 3: 4:07
    Round 4: 4:25
    Round 5: 3:57

    Total time: 19:54 (PR…old time was 24:52!!!)

    The big news is that I beat Kevin’s time!! 😀
    I almost puke at round 4…that’s why my time was slower. All my times were faster than my slowest time back when we did it January 25th 2009!

    Hi guys,

    I’m on the road so I did a modified version of the Barbara (30 push ups, 40 sit ups and 50 squats)… My times were 3:43, 3:24, 3:24, 3:28 and 3:25. I tried to find a replacement exercise for pullups that I could have done in my room, but couldn’t find one. Would anyone have a suggestion? Otherwise, are pull up bar easy to travel with and does anyone know where I could find one?

    Gabrielle – Pullups are hard to sub. I’ll usually just add to the rest of the exercises or replace it with something else.

    Time: 41 minutes something (total time), means 26 minutes without the rest.
    For the first 2 rounds I did half of the pull with real kipping. The rest of them was with the yellow band!
    Awesome Job everyone! Krista-In a month your kipping improve so much! Can’t wait to be like you! 🙂

    i didn’t notice until after i got home but i’ve got a HUGE blister though from last night – nice puffy red one with a callus on top.
