For time:
30 Handstand push-ups
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

    you could do like julie and do dumbbell presses instead?

    i spent some more time in the kitchen last night trying to rectify my baking disaster from the other day. this attempt was much more successful – all those there at 530 tonight can be the judges πŸ™‚

    the recipe is much more balanced too – each cookie is now 1 protein, 1 carb, 3 fat

    I just got back from the hotel gym. It has 2 bikes, 1 treadmill, a bench and 6 dumbbells. HUGE! I could tell a crossfitter had been there, because there was scuff marks from shoes about 5 feet up on the wall (HSPUs).

    Anyway, I grabbed a 45# DB and 150 swings for time.

    I won’t be able to make the 5:30 class, so I’m going to that “other” place to train for 6:30.
    It’s going to be lonely training without my crossfit family πŸ™

    50 KBS ( 1.5 pood) (sub 50 lbs)
    60 sit ups (anchored)
    70 burpees (sub 1500m row-6:43)

    Warm-up
    K2E; Sit-ups; Push-ups; Lunges

    Run – 1mile – 8:39 (7 m/hr)
    Row – 500m – 2:09
    Run – 1mile – 8:29 (7.2 m/hr)

    Strength: 5-5-3-2-1
    Shoulder Press 40-50-60-70-80
    (Last time for SP was Jan 31 – I’m down by 5 lbs)

    CrossFit W/O
    5 Rounds

    50 Squats
    100 Skips
    Time: 11:50

    Bike: 3.2km – 7:22
    Only one spot for pull-ups; so I’ll be practicing some kipping
    I asked if I could skip, etc. and buddy said, β€œdo what ever you want to do”. Well, that left the door wide open.

    My w/o was okay (got to watch the news while running)
    But I missed everyone and the encouragement from everyone.

    The total time spent at the gym was 1hr3min.

    warm up 3×10:
    push ups, SDHP, squats and sit ups

    Strength: hang power clean 5-5-5-5-5
    45-55-55-55-55
    kept these light to practice on my (sometimes lack thereof) shrug

    WOD: for time
    30 HSPU (green and red band, unbroken)
    40 kipping pull ups
    50 1 pood KB swings
    60 sit ups (open legged, unanchored)
    70 burpees

    very happy to do that many pull ups back to back in a WOD (even thought i was down to 2-3 in a set by the end), EXTRA happy with the time for the burpees (started at 12:10, so 70 burpees in 7:56!)

    Strength: Squat Clean: 3-45 3-55…didn’t have time to continue

    WOD:
    30 Handstand pushup (red and green band)
    40 Pull up (green with knee)
    50 Kettles bell swing (5 first with 35 lbs, 45-30lbs)
    60 Situps
    70 Burpees (Yuk!)

    Time: 23 minutes something
