February 21 workout

Today wasn’t really Joshie at all. It looked something like this:

6 rounds (or as many as possible in 25 min)
21 L-pullups
21 Overhead squats or snatches

    i think i will save the rollers until the end from now on so i can get CFWU X 3 in. Kevin?

    MODIFIED JOSHIE 6 ROUNDS
    21 L pullups – sub 21 p/u’s(red band for 2 rounds, jumping for the rest) + 42 crunches
    21 OHS 45# (sub Kettle Bells 1 pood)

    then did 2 more leg rollers…hopefully it will help the knee…

    WOD:
    6 rounds of:
    21 L-pullups
    21 snatch (65#)

    I ended up finishing 3 rounds + 21 L-pullups + 16 Snatch.

    That was a brutal WOD!
