February 20 workout

With a partner, do as many reps as possible for each exercise. Only one partner can be doing work at a time.

3min of pullups
3min of lunges
3min of situps
3min of pushups
3min of squats

Post total for each exercise and total reps.

    Nooo….not a Surprise WOD!!

    I need to get my mind ready before each WOD…so I really need to know what are we going to do!! 😀

    But I guess that’s a practice for the CFgames qualif!

  2. I woke up this morning, and my very first thought was “thank god today is my rest day.” I’m looking forward to yoga at noon, and then jeans & boots for the rest of the day. No gym clothes… Yippeee!!!!

    Oh, I have a few things in mind.

    At school, I did the WOD from yesterday.

    For time:
    50 Ring Dips
    Run 400 meters
    50 Push-ups
    Run 400 meters
    50 Handstand push-ups (green and yellow band)
    Run 400 meters


    Handstands took the longest…a result of that stupid shoulder wod from the other night.

    Didn’t plan on doing the workout tonight, but there was an odd number.

    My partner was Lisa. We did 100 pullups, 134 lunges, 103 situps, 114 pushups and 153 squats, for a grand total of 604! Thanks for helping me through that one Lisa.

    Oh, and I did the CF Warmup as fast as I could tonight. My time was 1:02.53
