20 Sit-ups

  1. CFWU x 3 (minus HSPUs)

    I decided to do a modified version of the main page WOD (I couldn’t pass up a WOD made up of my top three weaknesses). I subbed rowing for the run, I cut the Ring Dips in half and I did the HSPUs to failure. I knew shoulder strength would be an issue tonight.

    I couldn’t remember the order of the original WOD so mine ended up looking like this…

    For time:
    Row 500 meters
    25 Ring Dips
    Row 500 meters
    50 Push-ups
    Row 500 meters
    HSPUs to failure (I managed 11reps w/ g+y bands)

    30:00 even

    Lots and lots of recovery time for this one. Probably just as much rest as work. I tried to enjoy the rest 🙂
