95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
10 Ring dips

  1. I think I was in a drunken stupor last night when I agreed to do this one. Uhmmm… Change of plans 🙂 I need a little more recovery time. I’m just happy I made it through the 8am Bellyfit class.

    CrossFit is my favorite boyfriend so maybe I’ll hook up with him later for a special v-day date.
