Long Cycle Burpees

50 rounds of: 

1 Squat
1 Pushup
1 Situps
1 Superman
1 Tuck jump

    pierre – the long cycle burpee IS those 5 movements put together – so essentially you are doing 50 long cycle burpees for the WOD

    enjoy! it’s a rest day for me.
    i’d like to try this one, but that would be day 7 in a row for me. not smart

  2. Do we have to do it in that order? Can I switch the the superman and sit-up?

    Superman
    Sit-Up
    Tuck Jump

    Burpee Mile
    Cover 1 mile using burpees only. You may jump forward as far as you want for each
    burpee, but you may not walk forward at any point.

    + FOAM ROLLER. WOW! I havent hurt like that in a long time. I yelped like a puppy 😉

    Strength Front Squat 115, then bailed again (bum knee, hence the foam roller.) and it worked! knee feels better already!
    Worked on goat – double unders. Got up to 4(PR)

    Long cycle burpees 50 rounds
    1 squat, 1 push up, 1 sit up, 1 superman, 1 tuck jump

    So now on the leaders board Kevin, Joel and I are all tie for PR @ 135. But I could have went higher…but Kevin suggested to stop when I have a PR. 😀
