    -upper arm and elbow still not 100% so no pull-ups/push-ups/k2e 🙁

    CFWU x 3 (one round of pull ups – lats are killing me from cindy yesterday)

    inspired by Jeanette’s ring dips i had to try – i got 1 real one!

    Strength: shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
    45(3) warm up 65-65-70-70-70-75-75 (75 was a PR on the Total 2 weeks ago)

    WOD: deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
    145-155-165-165 (oops, forgot to add weight)-175-185-195 (PR by 5#)
    200 i’m coming to get you!

    WOD: tabata squats – 23 on every round (PR by 3)

    Practice: muscle ups – progression from knees x 2

    i felt really good today! if i feel the same tomorrow those poor spin class participants are in for trouble 🙂

  3. CFWU x 3 (w/ ring dips) Warm-up took me almost 30mins. Ring dips are hard 🙁

    230# was shaky going up… both times.

    Did 2 pull up with the yellow band!! That is probably mean I need to start using the yellow band now!!

    Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
    45-55-65-75-80-85-90 PR (push jerk the last, PR again)
    2 months ago, my PR for clean was 55 and 3 weeks ago, my push jerk was 75.

    Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
    90-105-115-120-125-130 PR -135(F)

    Tabata squat : 17 squats

    Big night for me… 3 PR!!
