    thanks kevin for watching these – i’ve done 65 before but they never felt good or solid, staying light and your pointers on form made them feel alot better

    16 rounds + 3 kips

    first time as RXed – HURRAY! i think i might have done 17 rounds +3 but i didn’t start to write it down till i hit the double digits so i’m airing on the side of caution and saying 16 rounds. i am VERY happy with this

    (compared to march 2008 at 15 rounds jumping pull ups and knee push ups)

  2. Today I did the CFWU x 3 with ring dips (all strict). The “warm-up” took me about 25mins because of those suckers, but I knew it would and planned accordingly. I’m just glad I got an opportunity to work on them today.

    WOD : Cindy – AMRAP 20 min
    – 5 pull up (green band)
    – 10 push up
    – 15 squats

    14 rounds + 10 push up (I might forgot to write down a round or two)

    Good job everyone! Congrat Krista to have make the WOD as prescribe, you did great!
