    WOD: 5 rounds for time or AMRAP 20 min
    75 squats
    20 lunges
    35 push ups

    thanks kevin for pushing me to get those pushups and stay under the 4 min / round mark. you’re right, i would have been cheesed if i didn’t get to finish by a few reps – those pushups took nearly half the time of each round – they sucked!

    i’ve got some old super bright movie lights here that we could set up it you wanted sometime.

    I started off low as I wanted to keep good form.

    WOD
    5 Rounds (AMRAP 20)
    75 Squats
    20 Lunges
    35 Push-ups

    4 rounds + 35 squats

    omg….Kevin remember tonight I was saying 25’s for the w/o. Well as I wrote the w/o down and typed “35” I realized I did 25. So I owe 40 push-ups……I’ll do them tomorrow. Or, I could do the whole w/o again…but I think not. The push-ups will do:-)

    I did 5 rep push jerks last night, so I stuck with SP and PP tonight.

    SP – 95,100,105,110,115(F)
    PP – 115,120,125,135,145

    Earlier today, I practiced some 1-arm handstands against the wall. I got the right hand down. Still need work on the left.
