  1. I remember doing this one at the Y (and using the Lat Pull-Down machine for GHD Sit-ups). I liked this wod then but I won’t be doing it today. I seriously can’t even touch my ribs without excruciating pain. Everything between my hips and shoulders is mighty tender.

    It’s been a long time since I’ve felt like this.

  2. Sean – I haven’t rested in 10 days, and then little “Annie” on Tuesday was enough to send my body into shock… okay, maybe I’m being hyperbolic but no doubt I need to rest today!!! I’m not even going to put gym clothes on. That way I won’t be tempted to do anything.

    and sometimes fall for the bait – remember ‘donkey kong’? in jeans and pull ups in high heels πŸ™‚

  4. You’re right Krista, guilty as charged. But I figure as long as I avoid Coach Woodie, I should be able to escape without deviating from my planned rest πŸ™‚ His taunts and name-calling only add fuel to the fire and make me want to step-up and represent. I will resist all forms of peer-pressure tonight!
