    I just finished watching the Addendum last night. It made my head hurt, but in a good way. Absolutely fascinating stuff. Loved the concept of the Venus Project.

    I had a spill at lunch today. Slipped on some ice, both feet up in air and came down hard on my elbow and hip. I laid there for like 20sec…I couldn’t move and I didn’t know how I was going to get up, but I eventually got upright.

    I’m quite sore, so I’m going to cancel for tonight…sorry for the short notice.

    took alot of time to get some rhythm (like the round of 30 – goodness) i haven’t got consecutive double-unders yet, doing them one at a time takes a while but i’ll get there

  8. KEVIN WOOD!!! Why do I let you convince me to do unscheduled workouts?

    I did have to teach tonight (only 8 girls showed up out of a class of 30), and by the time I got to the “core” section I knew I was in trouble. It’s about 10mins of pilates inspired core work and it KILLED me tonight… thanks to Annie.
