    did you guys see CF Fred’tons post from saturday? – ‘make up a WOD after yourself’. very funny, that Kelsey has the group pegged by the sounds of it.

    i liked their partner 10min AMRAP squat WOD – that would be killer 🙂

    2 ½ rounds of kipping pull-ups and I switched to the yellow band. Hands started ripping ½ way through round 3…ouch. At the start of round 10 three really nasty rips and I ended it.

    Completed 9 rounds + 5 pull-ups.

    Time: 23:07

    Kevin – awesome job on the muscle ups…way to go:-)

    12 pull ups (green band – want friday’s palm rip to heal a bit before kipping again)
    12 jumping ring dips

    very happy to have finished – i really didn’t want to miss out by a round or so if kevin decided to go AMRAP 20 min. really pushed the last 3-4 rounds to make it

    Post WOD: it was SO nice out i couldn’t resist – we went for a 45-60 min bike ride at centennial park in the snow – burning leg workout cause we kept sinking into the snow where is was soft. found a few jumps on the sledding hill too that were fun to try. 🙂 can’t wait for spring! i’ve missed my bike
