    but practice makes better – i’m going to use my squats to help keep up πŸ™‚

    Well, I officially hate Db-unders…..I am mad at myself now.

    5 roudns for time of:

    30 DB-unders
    30 situps
    30 Pullups (instead of squats)

    Finished only 3 rounds…and I am still angry at those db-unders.
    Anybody wants to get drunk tonight so I can forgot about my poor performance??
    It was the first time that I couldn’t finish a WOD….:(
