    Strength: OHS 5-5-5
    45-55-65 (did 2 failed on three, dumped it, did 2 more)

    WOD: 45# OHS, first 20 pull ups yellow band with foot, remaining green band

    Way to go Julie – you rocked that with 65#!

    (Kevin assisted me on the last couple of 100# reps by pulling my elbows out more so I was choking…then I knew I was doing it right – Thanks Kevin)

    42 Pull-ups (yellow band – Kipping with foot)

    30 Pull-ups
    9 OHS
    18 Pull-ups
    Time: 16:06

    65# was my 1 rep max…….blew that out of the water tonight.
