    after last night’s pep talk, i’m pretty sure i’m give it a go.. i am going to be there to help with photos anyway. carpool weekend road trip anyone??!!

    today is rest day, but workplace and home ikea order came in today so… so far i’ve assembled and lifted a 5’x5′ shelving unit, an office desk, chair and 4′ high dresser, still one dresser to go. i was a bit perplexed at first how to get the shelf off the ground from building it (hard to get a grip – i tried at first to lift it like the slosh pipe, but then found a better method), i managed the somewhat awkward 155lb deadlift quite nicely 🙂
