    the squats saved my time for sure – i didn’t do a single consecutive double under (DU then 2 singles, then another DU) – must work on that

    that was a crazy cardio workout!

  9. Andy – It will start at 9am, they’ll do the paperwork, go through a warmup, and do a short, but intense workout.

    The squats really hurt my time. I’m way too slow at them. Another goat.
    Got a little frustrated tonight witht the DU, which affected my output, but I’m improving.
