    (5RM at 85# replaces my 3RM from dec 29th)

    the squats saved my time for sure – i didn’t do a single consecutive double under (DU then 2 singles, then another DU) – must work on that

    that was a crazy cardio workout!

    75 x5 (didn’t continue-hip acting up + I needed to be strong for WOD)

    WOD – 3 Rounds
    50 Double Unders
    75 Squats
    Round 1 – 4:07
    Round 2 – 6:10 (bad)
    Round 3 – 5:18

    Time: 15:35
    The squats really hurt my time. I’m way too slow at them. Another goat.
    Got a little frustrated tonight witht the DU, which affected my output, but I’m improving.
