    Hard w/o, but good w/o.

  13. Stupid pullups….only 2 rounds, got to 1 kip on 3rd round, then peeled off the bar.

  14. So I misunderstood the description of the WOD. Pierre and I should have done it all, in as few sets as possible. Makes sense now. I’ll know for next time.
